Popis:	After a few preliminary examples, the paper introduces the concept of polydrices and its basic algebraic operations. As a first application, the problem of air pollution of a given area over a given time interval is given a holistic model using polydrices. The possibility of applying polydrix modelling to medicine is then discussed.
