Optimizing Numerical Design of a Multi-mode Aero-Cooled Climatic Wind Tunnel Nozzle on a PNRPU High-performance Computational Complex

Popis: Creation of multi-mode aero-cooled climatic wind tunnels (ACCWT) for testing the icing of aircraft structures is an urgent task of modern aircraft construction. The ACCWT nozzle is one of its most complex elements in terms of design. The article presents the results of parallel multi-criteria optimization of the nozzle profile in two ACCWT operating modes of the gas dynamics of the watered flow and icing on the walls, which is performed by parallel calculations. The results were obtained on the PNRPU supercomputer (peak performance of 24 TFLOPS). The proposed algorithm scalabilities are estimated, the acceleration is compared on various grid models.
