Popis: | In this study, we developed a novel time-resolved fluorescence (TRF)-based immunosensing platform that consisted with the physically stable europium chelate-encapsulated silica nanoparticle and the simplified TRF analyzer. To verify the applicability of developed TRF immunosensing platform toward practical immunoassay, the sandwich immunosensing of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) was accomplished using the synthesized europium-encapsulated silica nanoparticles as a signaling probe and homemade TRF analysis system as an optical transducer. |
