ÐÑоведено опÑобование ÑабоÑоÑпоÑобноÑÑи меÑодики на пÑимеÑе деÑали двигаÑÐµÐ»Ñ ÐТÐ. In this paper, we analyzed such a method of additive technologies as selective laser melting. Were dismantled the basic methods of obtaining of powder compositions. The analysis of the principles of computer simulation of the process of selective laser melting is performed. Produced a comparison of materials for printability. A methodology and practical recommendations for technological optimization of parts based on computer simulation have been developed. The testing of the efficiency of the methodology on the example of the engine parts of the turboshaft engine. |
