Popis: | Functional Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) is a non-invasive modality which has been widely used to investigate hemodynamics response in human tissues layer. The objective of this paper is to measure the muscle oxygenation states at three assessment of muscular fatigue's level in human using fNIRS. The experiment was carried out on 27 sedentary healthy volunteers. The participants were performed isometric activity into three level of fatigue condition using handgrip contraction that based on 1RM calculation. These signals could also be used to evaluate the muscle oxygen consumption (MvO2) of regional muscle of fatigue. We found strong agreement between the response of oxygenated hemoglobin myoglobin (p=0.013) and deoxygenated hemoglobin myoglobin (p=0.003) which produce a p-value (p |
