Popis: | We propose a novel methodology for constructing a stable three-dimensional cellular assembly by laser tweezer under depletion interaction in a natural polymer solution, without the usage any artificial scaffold such as gel or solid substrate. Successful construction of 3D cellular assembly is attained by forming stable cell-cell contacts within a few minutes. Our newly established method is expected to be useful for next-generation 3D single-cell assembly systems in the field of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. The present study shows a concrete further extension of our recent reports on the use of soluble polymers for the construction of 3D single-cell assemblies. |
