Popis: | Acylation of ferrocenoylhydrazones with isonicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride in pyridine was used to obtain a number of new N-isonicotinoyl-N′-ylideneferrocenecarbohydrazides in 50–95% yields. The obtained compounds were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and mass-spectrometry. Some of the obtained compounds were found to exhibit pronounced antimycobacterial activity against the Mycobacterium rubrum strain and to have no toxicity with respect to the P. aeruginosa, E. coli, S. aureus, B. subtilis, and C. albicans strains. |
