Popis:	The article consists the approaches to a solution on including the environmental criteria in the public procurement system. The Guide to the implementation of public “green” procurement in Russia is developed on the results of the analysis of European and Russian legislation. The use of the recommendations provided in the guide will allow purchasing organizations to acquire the skills to work independently on integrating environmental criteria into their procurement practices.
