Popis:	The main current directions of research in nanoscale images processing of a high degree of detail are shown in the paper. A system of algorithms for solving a wide range of tasks for the structural analysis of the images of industrial materials has been developed. The experimental results of the developed algorithms have been presented in the article. The results of the image processing of industrial materials have been shown.
