Popis: | It is of significance to prepare superhydrophobic surfaces via facile and scalable methodologies for the purpose of practical application. Herein, SiO2 nanoparticle-based superhydrophobic spray was prepared by a simple and scalable methodology. A variety of superhydrophobic materials were fabricated by facile spraying process consequently. The as-prepared superhydrophobic surfaces exhibit excellent repellent universality. More importantly, the superhydrophobic coatings on substrate surfaces have high transparency and they don’t have adverse impact on light transmission. Meanwhile, the as-prepared superhydrophobic materials show outstanding self-cleaning and anti-adhesion performance, excellent durability and stability upon various harsh conditions as acid, alkali, various solvents, long time of UV irradiation and outdoor placement. In addition, the superhydrophobic fabrics demonstrate excellent ability in oil-water separation with high efficiency. Thereupon, this simple and environment-friendly methodology might be used to prepare high-performance superhydrophobic materials, and it is expected to be applied in a wide range. |
