Popis: From all appearances, societal attitudes toward environmental contamination have evolved over the past ten years or more to become far more informed and, some would say, more realistic. For those of us who litigate environmental contamination cases, the hysteria of the 1970s and early 1980s has largely (and thankfully) waned, as society has developed a better — and more empirical—understanding of the actual risks posed by environmental contamination.
