ÐÑоведена оÑенка ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑи ÑазÑабоÑанной глобалÑной ÑÑÑаÑегии оÑганизаÑии.â The object of the research is PJSC «Lukoil». The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop the organization's development strategy based on the example of the international company PJSC «Lukoil». The paper discusses the theoretical foundations of strategic analysis, describes its methods and features of carrying out strategic actions, as well as actions to minimize the resistance with changes. An assessment of the financial condition of the organization, analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, as well as its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, were conducted. According to the analysis, it was noted that despite the high level and stability of the financial results of operations (profitability, revenue), the structure of the company's assets cannot be considered optimal. The company periodically lacks working capital to make changes or fulfill obligations. Based on the analysis of the market of oil companies, the main priorities in the formation of a global strategy were identified. The work described the principles and criteria underlying the development of the global strategy of PJSC "Lukoil", including the company's entry into the international market. An assessment of the effectiveness of the developed global organization's strategy has been carried out. |
