The copper(I) complex, Cu(p 3 )Cl, of the tridentate ligand 1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphinomethyl)ethane, [(C 6 H 5 ) 2 PCH 2 ] 3 CCH 3 (p 3 ), has been prepared and characterized by complete X-ray cyrstal structure analysis
