This paper explores an energy efficient spectrum allocation to unlicensed cognitive users with licensed primary users by a novel Distributed Dynamic Power Allocation (DDPA) and beam forming strategy in the multi user downlink Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) underlay cognitive radio network with multi-objective constraints. Here the primary goal is to maximize total cognitive users' spectrum and energy efficiency while maintaining the intrusion power limit on primary networks under pre-defined thresholds with improved Quality of Communication (QoC). We proposed our resource allocation algorithm using dynamic optimization with enhanced reliability. The evaluation of the proposed system's performance of optimal approach is accessed and simulated with the Power Based Pricing Algorithm (PBPA) and Fractional Transmit Power Algorithm (FTPA). |
