In a restrospective study of 84 patients with chronic viral hepatitis (64 HCV and 20 HBV), we report 7 cases of auto-immune chronic active hepatitis « type Iassociated with HCV. The frequency of clinic or biologic patterns of auto-immunity is greater in HCV chronic hepatitis than in HBV, the more often in women older aged and presenting cirrhosis or severe active hepatitis. The question of the treatment remains: 6 patients were steroid-resistant, one received α interferon without any improvement. |
