Popis: According to the example of increasing the serviceability and reliability of the design of the parts of nuclear reactors from the zirconium alloy Zr1Nb due to the deposition of nanocoatings and the formation of nanostructures while they were bombarded with B+, C+, N+, Si+, Al+, V+, Cr+, O+, Fe+, Ni+, Co+, Y+, Zr+, Mo+, Hf+, Ta+, W+, Pt+ (with charge numbers 1, 2, 3) with energies of 200, 2000, 20000 eV the volume of grains and the minimum and maximum depth of their occurrence has been determined. This allows you to design the complex structure in depth, depending on the requirements for the reinforced layer. It is found that nanostructures are formed practically for all types of ions, except for boron and carbon, in the considered range of charge-number which ensures the reliability and performance of parts made of zirconium alloys.
