Popis:	In the series of oxides under discussion, A12O3, Sc2O3, and Y2O3, the greatest tendency for recrystallization is found in Al2O3. Marked structural changes occur at 1400°C. The Y2O3 and Sc2O3 oxides are stable up to a temperature of 1600°C.
