Popis:	Methodology was established for comparison of hexamethonium, pentolinium, and H-2 for their vasodepressive responses on intact, unanesthetized dogs. Comparisons were made at various dosage levels. Intravenous toxicities on dogs and intra-peritoneal toxicities on rats were also performed for the three agents. It was found that H-2 was moderately more potent and markedly less toxic than either hexamethonium or pentolinium.
