| Popis: | A well-known, slow-motion film of a head-on collision between real billiard balls was analyzed by digitizing a video version of the film and then employing modern video analysis software designed for introductory physics courses. This method is compared to the method designed for student use with the original film. The data are compared to the predictions of simple theory and to computer simulations produced by software often encountered in introductory physics courses. |
