Popis: | Three groups of charged particles are recorded at the impact of the laser radiation pulse with a metal target in a rarefied gas medium. The optical range laser radiation intensity is ~109 W/cm2. A possibility of using a Langmuir probe for diagnosing plasma processes with nanosecond resolution is demonstrated. |
