Popis:	In the paper new approach to the improvement of performance characteristics of lightly armored vehicles by providing of armored hulls strength is described. The finite element method is applied for determination of reaction of armored hulls on reactive recoil efforts action. The synthesis of structural solutions is performed on the basis of generalized parametrical approach method. The results of researches are illustrated on the example of armored troop-carriers and other fighting vehicles armored hulls.
