Popis: | Substation equipment is exposed to the outdoors for a long time, and the surface of the equipment is easy to accumulate industrial pollution and natural pollution, which leads to the phenomenon of pollution flashing; as the atmospheric environment pollution becomes more and more serious, the pollution flashover accident of substation equipment is gradually increasing. In this paper, the washing water used in the robot is high purity water prepared by reverse osmosis technology. The telescoping robot with insulated telescoping arm can transport the high-pressure water gun to the working position, and can also perform water washing work on the insulators, lightning arresters, and the casing of the charging device without power failure. The substation water cleaning robot adopts a crawler type mobile chassis, which can walk freely in the outdoor roads and equipment areas of the substation, such as lawns and gravel roads; The robot’s insulation system uses multi-stage combined insulation and The structure of the insulated telescopic lifting arm is adopted to improve the insulation performance of the water cleaning operation. |
