This chapter recreates a dialogue between authors who have collaborated on multidisciplinary projects in the United States, South Africa, and India. One author focuses on human factors, health, informatics, and anthropology whereas another author studies geography, communities, and politics. The fruitfulness of their combined efforts exemplifies the value of this work, and this chapters contributes to the emerging dialogue within human factors and ergonomics about how research oriented toward social justice can unfold. |
