Popis: Patients arrive at a health resort with multiple expectations mainly not medical ones. The wish to get healthier is taken for granted. The job of the physician needs special empathy in the guidance of patients and in asking for the medical history. Communication is an essential part of the therapy and should be conducted professionally. Appropriate education of physicians working at health resorts would lead to major improvements.
