Popis: | We report the study of the inversion layer induced in the planes [0001] and [1100] of tellurium by quantum galvanomagnetic measurements. Quantization induces one subband which splits in two levels according to the special configuration of the conduction band. We propose an interpretation of the variation of the subband energy with the charge assuming a linear potential well. |
