Popis: | The specific heat of two samples of the single-plane 2201 bismuth superconductor was measured. No linear term in C p was observed at low temperatures. The lattice molar specific heat below 14 K exceeds that of the 2221 and 2223 bismuth superconductors considerably. As a consequence no peak in C p / T 3 is observed in this superconductor, in contrast to other high- T c cuprates. The specific-heat anomaly near T c could not be resolved. |
