| Popis: | Significant failures in nursing services have led to numerous recommendations for improvement, yet problems continue. This article reports the findings of a study carried out in Wales to explore the underlying causes of such failures. It also reports how the findings were used to support the development of a senior nurses' framework with the aim of achieving successful nursing services. |
