The role of distance education has been increasing in recent years. The experience of 2020 has demonstrated the importance of distance learning systems. It is already clear that distance education is, first of all, a computerized system. Work on the creation and improvement of distance learning environments is ongoing. Marketing is one of the most popular areas for distance learning, in particular digital marketing. Achieving competencies in this area requires the ability to conduct consumer research, for example, through surveys using modern digital tools, including working with the processing and interpretation of collected data. However, traditional teaching methods (conducting real-life surveys) in a digital environment are difficult to access. In this regard, the development of techniques for automated creation and verification of the results of completed tasks is relevant. This article describes a digital toolkit for generating survey results related to satisfaction with a new product. |
