Popis:	Authors research the current problem of innovative development — digitalization of financial assets. They review the key aspects of organizing the information system operator using the distributed ledger technology. The main imperative requirements of the legislation for operators of the information system are highlighted. The main alternatives of IT-infrastructure creation are considered.
