Popis: | Using new nanotechnologies, transparent conductive coatings have been processed that are based on indium-tin oxide and organic glasses, as well as on “soft” materials of the IR range: CaF2, BaF2, MgF2, etc. It is shown that the mechanical strength of coatings and materials can be increased by a factor of 3-10 while maintaining their spectral characteristics. A substantial improvement of the laser resistance in the visible and near-IR regions has been established. |
