Considering the characteristics of hydropower cascade development project’s cumulative environment impacts, such as scope broad, many indexes and so on, a new evaluation method- dynamic multi-objective decision method is adopted. This method makes alternative ranking under three-dimensional coordinate, then assessing the cumulative environment impact and its developing trends. The result indicates that this method can not only observes the cumulative impact’s changing degree in the past time, but also predict the changing trends in future time. It is able to comprehensively evaluate the cumulative environment impact. |
