Alkaloid distribution in some species of the Papilionaceous tribes Thermopsideae and Genisteae

Popis:	Alkaloid profiles of extracts of fourteen papilionaceous species in the tribes Thermopsideae and Genisteae (sensu Polhill) have been determined. Altogether, eighteen quinolizidine alkaloids, representative of four structural groups, and one dipiperidine alkaloid were identified among the legumes studied. The chemotaxonomic implications of these data are discussed.
