Popis: | The release of Kr 85 from high burnup uranium on cycling through the phase changes has been studied by a gas entrainment and counting technique. It has been shown that significant releases occur, especially at the α—β phase transformation. The magnitude of the release depends upon the previous history of the uranium. |
