Popis: Inclusive cytomegaly is a viral disease, one of the signs of which is the appearance in different organs of "cytomegalic" (giant) cells with characteristic inclusions (inclusions). Despite the fact that the pathological descriptions of the first cases of the disease appeared more than 60 years ago, its clinical picture is still relatively little known to a wide range of practitioners. With the exception of isolated cases of intravital diagnosis, cytomegaly is usually recognized on a section.
