Experimental Study on Ejector Vibration Characteristics Face for Advanced Engine Technology

Popis: As wildly used in engine field, ejector was simple but effective. Aiming at the single-stage start-up condition of the three-stage multi-nozzle gas ejector, the vibration form and source were specifically analyzed. The vibration test experiment was designed for stable working process. While the effect of airflow impact was eliminated base on theoretical analysis and experiment. When the third-stage ejector started, the vibration intensity was about 0.47g, and the most severe vibration could be found at ejection nozzles. The vibration source of the first and second-stage could be structural vibration transmission. For the third-stage, the pressure pulsation of mixed flow should assume the main responsibility. Special measurement for different situations was necessary for the research of vibration reduction technology.
