This article deals with the proposal of a new type of conversion of KPIs. This new type of calculation gives more weight and emphasis to the resulting profitability of production. This is fundamentally different from the basic calculation of KPIs, which work only with current data. The final form of the calculation is focused on the optimization of the produced profit. |
