Popis:	Many approaches are presently proposed in order to improve the quality of ground waters regarding a possible impact of diffuses pollutions. In such approaches, quantification of transfers is not really considered. Mathematical models exist for this purpose. They are used on a proposal of FOCUS for regulatory purpose at EU scale in accordance with the requirements of 91414 Directive. The problems are regarding the associated scenarios. The discussion presented here refers to the problem of quantification at national level. The proposed approach of a distributed modelisation is discussed. The scientific and regulatory aspects are presented. The proposed approach is compared to the existing ones in the EU.
