Popis: | With more wind power integrated into grid, wind-gas coordinating power generation attracts extensive attention, and it's no longer appropriate to validate automatic generation control (AGC) algorithm for large scale wind-gas generation with a single tool. First, this paper proposes an AGC simulation architecture that combines Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) and other off-the-shelf devices to implement the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation. Then the concept of wind-gas coordinating equivalent power plant (WGPP) is adopted to participate in power system dispatching, and several AGC strategies are proposed accordingly. Case study validates the feasibility of the AGC simulation platform, and demonstrates the WGPP concept can improve the tie-line control. |
