Popis: The production of plasma activated water by 50 Hz half wave AC high voltage had been investigated. Plasma jet reactor was simply designed by inserting a stainless steel welding rod anode inside a capillary glass tube. The anode electrode was insulated by a plastic insulator, excepting the anode tip, for Joule loss reduction, and plasma generating localization. At a sufficient high supplied voltage, the plasma was initially generated at the tip of the anode rod, and expanded along the air bubble shape. The supplied voltage and the shape of air bubble injected in the water had influenced on the shape of air plasma. The concentration of $\mathbf{NO}_{\pmb{3}}$ , and DO of DI water after plasma treatment were increased while pH was decreased as the increase of supplied voltage.
