| Popis: | Internet of things (IoT) is a concept that defends the digital interconnection of everyday objects with the Internet. IoT intends, then, to develop cheap technology that allows connecting things with more things or objects and even with the people themselves in order to improve and facilitate our daily tasks. However, we must consider solutions to be able to integrate objects and devices prior to the appearance of the concept of IoT. For this reason, this paper presents the development of a low cost system easily installable in a fridge which allows monitoring the amount of product saved as well as values such as the internal temperature and humidity of the fridge. In addition, the system is able to evaluate the remaining quantities and draw up a shopping list. The system has been developed and tested in a real environment with quite satisfactory results. |
