Popis: This paper will first provide an outline of the concept and the dynamic and static forms of spatial equilibrium. Then it goes on to examine–from three regional aspects and on the basis of objectives–the constituents of static equilibrium and the general features of state intervention aimed at bringing about balanced growth in state and integrational spaces. Cultures, ideas, systems of value, the level of economic growth and other features distinguish various regions, each of which has its own specific relations of equilibrium. The aim of the present study is to focus attention on various types of tensions and on the available directions in which they may be relieved.
