To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:- Analyze the current situation of automobile manufacturing market;- The position of China and Dongfeng Motor in the automobile market is analyzed;- Analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise;- Analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise;- Choose other development strategies of the organization;- Formulate the development strategy management mechanism and measures of Dongfeng Motor Corporation. The research object in the work is Dongfeng Motor Corporation. The research object is the research of enterprise strategic development and management. The practical significance of this work is that it is possible to implement the proposed measures to improve the stability of strategic management of existing enterprises in the company's current activities.In carrying out the work, laws and regulations, teaching materials, reference publications and scientific articles are taken as the theoretical basis. Accounting and reporting data of Dongfeng Motor Corporation as information base.The following research methods were used in the final certification process: table method, graphic analysis and SWOT analysis. |
