Popis: The function subprogram DIPOLE, written by Robert E. Knop of the Physics Department, The Florida State University at Tallahassee FL 32306, returns a random deviate -∞ < z < ∞ sampled from the two parameters (R 2 < 1, α arbitrary) family of the density function: f(z) = 1/(π (1+ z 2 )) + R 2 * ((1 - z 2 ) * cos(2α) + 2* z* sin(2α) / (π * (1+z 2 ) 2 ).
