By analyzing evaluation indicators of the sections service level and the intersection service level, and using traffic flow theory to convert the different evaluation indicators, this research gave a unified service level indicator, referred to domestic and international experience, and presented a division way of the road network service level. According to the concept of time-space consumption, this research also created a road network capacity model under the constraint of service level. In addition, this research gave a numerical example to test the road network relational model of road network service level and capacity. |
