Popis: | Problems that arise in the operation of modernized compressor turbines related to the increase in the temperature of the support part of a combined journal and axial bearing of the 103JT turbine are considered. The increase in temperature reduces the bearing and damping ability of the slider bearing and is accompanied by subsidence of the rotor. One effective solution to the problem may involve replacement of the standard bearings by TRIZ damper bearings, by means of which the support capacity of the bearings may be increased, friction-induced power losses reduced by 22%, the maximum temperature of the pads decreased by 13%; the surface of the pads protected against electro-erosion damage; the problem of rotor subsidence successfully solved, and the bearing life increased without changing the pads. |
