The finite element model of the box of on-line cleaning machine for rail transit trains is established with HyperMesh and OptiStruct, finite element softwares. The modal analysis is carried out in an unconstrained state, and the weak parts of the component structure are found and improved to meet demand. The static strength analysis of the box of the cleaning machine is carried out under operating conditions to obtain the bearing stress size and distribution of the box of the cleaning machine. An optimization scheme is proposed to make the structural strength of the box meet the requirements, and provide theoretical support for the safety and structural evaluation of the box structure. |
