Popis: | Kinetics of thermostimulated electron emission from TGS crystals irradiated by X-rays was investigated. Decrease of electron emission from the ferroelectric TGS crystal was observed experimentally after X-ray irradiation. For low heating rates q emission is finished in ferroelectric phase by 3–5 K below Curie point. For q greater than 5 K/min electron emission occurs into paraphase. The value of the temperature interval of appearance of emission in paraelectric phase correlates with relaxation time for the charges active in emission in irradiated crystal. |
