Popis: | Simulation education is an integral part of surgical manipulation training. The purpose of Simulation education programs is to develop the ability of physicians to perform surgical manipulation in real practice. Evaluation of the effectiveness of simulation education programs is necessary to analyze ways to improve results and includes methods for assessing the ability of surgical manipulation individually and in a representative sample. A review of methods for assessing the ability of surgical manipulation and the requirements for assessing the effectiveness of programs has been carried out. The method of structured interviews with doctors and the analysis of the transfer of skills to clinical practice are recommended. The results of training for intracorporeal suture are given. |
