Popis: This paper suggests a vibration-based method to determine technical condition of marine equipment, with identification of spectral masks and threshold values for diagnostic parameters needed to assess current operational model of given marine equipment. This method has been tried out on a prototype of DRK-2500 pod propulsion unit at its manufacturer’s test rig located in the town of Severodvinsk.
