Compared with circular gear, the tooth shape, pitch diameter, tooth profile equation and meshing characteristics of non-circular gear are constantly changing. Variable transmission ratio can be achieved. According to the characteristics of the non-circular gear, the pitch curve was designed and the non-circular gear was modeled by Pro/E. The transmission ratio, angular velocity and angular displacement theoretical curves of different eccentricity gear pairs were described by MATLAB software. Through the dynamic analysis of ADAMS, the contact force diagram in the rotation process of the non-circular gear pair, the angular displacement diagram of the driving wheel and the relation curve of speed and time are obtained. After the comparative analysis, it is found that the simulation curve is basically consistent with the theoretical curve, which verifies the feasibility and correctness of the curve design and modeling method of the non-circular gear joint. According to the performance of the elliptic flowmeter, the best elliptic gear is selected and applied to the elliptic gear flowmeter to obtain the best application. |
